How can I send my pictures?

Accepted Answer

With the completion of an order for a HolyFrame with your image, you will receive a confirmation mail with your order number. In this mail, the entire and very simple procedure for the image transfer to us is described.

The print quality of the images depends on the data quality of the submitted images. 
To ensure a good printing result, your image should be at least 4 MB in size. So send the largest possible file from your smartphone or computer.

What image format must my photo have?

Not every image file can be printed, so we have minimum requirement for your data! 
The print quality of the images depends on the data quality of the submitted images. 
To ensure a good print result, your image should be at least 4 MB in size.

Possible formats: JPEG, TIFF, PNG, PDF, HEIF up to 20 MB size.

We offer our HolyFrames in prefabricated size. Of course, we can also make deviating dimensions. So if you have other sizes, formats or ideas for your images, just email us with your ideas and we will be happy to contact you.
